Arrived outside the bank at 08.35 with 5 people waiting to go in. I was inside and being attended in less than 20 mins. Very efficient, helpful and friendly customer service. Security guard was also polite and friendly. .

My personal experience was great. I signed up online, got a call, went in and in just an hour, my account is open. Received my card quick, Dylan helped me in how to use the application and when I forgot my account ID, I simply called, waited for a call back and got it. At first I was having issues depositing my money from an ATM but that was my problem. I needed to input my account number manually, which is not a big deal. I dunno, maybe it's just me that appreciates the service. I also did a transaction last night and my card got blocked out of suspicion. The next morning, I get a call asking if it was me, the owner, and safe to say, the call didn't even last 30 seconds. My experience was easy to deal with and straightforward. Very happy.
