A hostel in a villa & garden in a residential area of st julians, just ten minutes on foot to the centre. A great choice for solo travelers and backpackers.

What are you doing?

Even though the Villa itself is so large, we only sleep 26 guests - this is how we manage to offer a more personal service in a warm and colourful ambiance. Since we cater to independent travellers and backpackers rather than groups, Boho Hostel is full of solo travellers, all year round, so it's super easy to make friends and hang around, and that's what contributes to the hostel's wonderful atmosphere (but don't take our word for it, read our guest reviews on Trip Advisor) Located around 20 minutes away from the Clubbing district of Paceville, and generally not a common choice for party animals, Boho Hostel attracts the more 'seasoned' travellers; guests from all over the world who are genuinely here to see the island and chill in the garden at the end of the night with a cold beer. The hostel is fully-stocked and super clean and the staff offers a service with a smile (and a coffee and chat). Being Maltese, we know where the good stuff really is, and being backpackers ourselves, we know exactly what it is you need to make the hostel feel like your home.

I stayed in Boho for 1 week during the month of July, it is a real Maltese paradise. The welcome is warm, you feel directly good. The hostel is cleaned every day, even several times a day. Ideally located between paceville and sliema, the ideal place for visits and outings. You will not regret your stay, I recommend you!

Hostel located near the center of saint julians with supermarket, beach, restaurants... Also close to Paceville (party town) but far enough away not to hear the noise. The hostel itself is charming, you can see the passage of the former travelers who left objects there. It has everything you need (kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, cooking utensils, but also TV and 3 shower rooms with toilets). There are many places to relax, many of which are in the shade. As for the people themselves, the reception was great and the exchanges with the managers or other employees were perfect from the beginning to the end. The travelers themselves were very nice and the meetings and exchanges with different people are facilitated by the good atmosphere that reigns in this place. A trip that will remain engraved in my memory and boho hostel has contributed to it. I recommend very very strongly!!!

Super nice hostel. I met amazing people there. The staff regularly organises events such as hikes, quizzes or pub crawls, which was unfortunately not possible during covid, but is now. And the most important thing, they have a cat, which is just lovely!

Hostel with great energy, vibe and travelling spirit. I only stayed for one night, but it was enough to leave a great impression of this cosy place. The common areas are so full of energy and so cosy to share travelling stories and meet fellow travellers. The place was clean and the staff is super attentive. Highly highly recommend and without a doubt one of the best hostels I've visited so far
