What are you doing?

Thanks to a wealth of experience in the property and management industry, along with an advanced online system we continuously invest in and upgrade, our team is able to deliver an A to Z service, handle multiple requests simultaneously, and guarantee a top-notch, timely service. Aside from making available a diverse range of properties in key locations within easy proximity of Malta’s language schools, we also offer professional cleaning services. We clean every apartment upon departure and again prior to every arrival; in addition, we also carry out weekly cleaning to guarantee students staying in our places get to enjoy a clean, safe environment. We also carry out regular inspections on all our properties to ensure that the high quality we have become so well known for is maintained throughout one’s stay. Moreover, any unforeseen issues related to maintenance or specific requests are usually dealt with on the same day, provided the request is lodged with our team by 1500hrs.

⦁ Je cherchais un lit dans une chambre partagée pour mon séjour à Malte, étant donné mon très petit budget. Chez JL Properties, j’ai trouvé mon bonheur ! L’arrivée dans la chambre a été très facile grâce à leur super système de boite à clés qui permet d’arriver à n’importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit sans risquer de se retrouver à la porte. En plus, ils sont très facilement joignables 24h/24 et 7j/7 en cas de problème dans l’appartement !
